Finance Committee, 9 a.m. July 1

The July 7 Concert in the Park will feature Swing Crew.

The concert will start at 6:30 p.m. in Reedsburg City Park.

The group not only performs but also encourages audience participation. Shows include jokes, stunts, cornball humor and toasts.

Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

In June, Reedsburg Area Ambulance Service took the opportunity to promote the life-saving importance of CPR and AEDs.

CPR and AED use can save people who are suffering from cardiac arrest.

A handful of area scholars achieved high marks at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for the spring semester.

La Valle’s fireworks display will take place at dusk July 3.

As usual, they will be fired over Mill Pond.

With the Fourth of July just around the corner, Reedsburg Public Library staff would like to remind customers that we will be open on Saturday, July 3, but closed on Monday, July 5, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The rest of the week boasts a full schedule of activities for youth and families.
