Brittany Zellmer of Reedsburg made the dean’s list at Mount Mary University.

Zellmer is pursuing a master’s degree in occupational therapy.

To qualify, students must be full time at 12 more or more credits and achieve a GPA of at least 3.6.

Sharon Laubscher of Wonewoc was chosen to represent district 20 on the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin Board of Directors.

District 20 encompasses Sauk and Richland counties.

The three-year terms will begin July 1.

Nicole Denman and Brooke Zibell of Reedsburg achieved honors for the spring semester at the University of Iowa.

Denman was a first-year undergraduate studying pre-business. Zibell was a fourth-year undergraduate studying public health.

Reedsburg natives achieved semester honors at Edgewood College for the spring semester.

They include Brockton Helmeid, Kathryn Schultz and Hunter Van Meeteren.

To qualify, full-time students must earn a GPA of at least 3.5.

Numerous local students made the dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for the spring semester.

Students, their majors and hometowns are as follows: Rachel Hoff, animal science, Hillpoint; Kelsey Ryan, modern language, Reedsburg; and Autumn Klemm and Sarryn Luther, both studying animal science and from Rock Springs.

Marin Stowe of La Valle made the dean’s list for the winter and may terms at Wartburg College in Iowa.

The college recognized 494 students.

The list honors students who achieve a 3.5 GPA in at least five course credits.

Kyli Kurtenbach of Reedsburg made the dean’s list at Luther College in Iowa for the spring semester.

For the spring semester, 738 students made the dean’s list. To qualify, they must earn a 3.5 or higher GPA and complete at least 12 credits.

Several people from the region made the dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for the spring semester.

Reedsburg students include Wayde Ernstmeyer, sophomore, highest honors; Jenna Greenwood, senior, highest honors; Hanna Kiel, junior, honors; and Rebecca Lahr, senior, high honors.
