A Reedsburg man was taken into custody Feb. 21 after the Reedsburg Police Department reported that he had resisted arrest.

The term “pi” and its numerical equivalent 3.14 may have something to do with a circle, but at Reedsburg Public Library, on March 14, “pi” is celebrated as “pie” in all of its homemade tastiness between two crusts and within the circular plate! After a year hiatus, Pi(e) Day is back at the library!

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is considering improving Highway 12 and invites residents and motorists to share their views.

The proposed project will cover Highway 12, otherwise known as Wisconsin Dells Parkway, between Highway 13 and East Adams Street in Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells.

The FairShare CSA Coalition in promoting CSA Week, Feb. 20-26, to celebrate local agriculture and lift up the local CSA farmers.

St. Peter’s Lutheran School in Reedsburg will serve a pancake breakfast on Feb. 27.

Food will be available from 7 a.m. to noon.

The menu will include pancakes, eggs, sausages, applesauce, milk and coffee.
