Adam Kaney and Mike Gargano will be back on Reedsburg Common Council following Tuesday’s election.

Kaney chose to run again for at-large alderman. Gargano sought another term with District 2. There was no opposition for either race.

Visitors to the Reedsburg Public Library, and crafters especially, will be amazed by the gorgeous hand decorated eggs currently displayed in the glass case at the library’s entrance. The library is truly a place of inspiration for both artists and those who appreciate their works!

Reedsburg’s alternate-side parking ordinance ends April 1.

This means motorists will no longer need to pay attention to where they park related to dates.

Alternate-side parking rules are enforced from 2 to 6 a.m. Dec. 1 through April 1.

Two locals are among the winter graduates from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Shain Dunse completed a bachelor’s degree in early and middle childhood education. Dunse graduated with honors.

Anna Penkwitz earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and graduated with highest honors.

Current Reedsburg Mayor Dave Estes will have a challenger during this year’s spring election on April 5.

Nathan Johnson is running for a chance at the seat.

Fry’s Family Fitness was able to support three causes thanks to its Fourth Annual Love to Lift Competition on March 12.

The contest raised $2,622. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Stroke Awareness Foundation and Reedsburg EMS will each receive $874.

A Cazenovia scholar has made the Dean’s List at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

Sadie Keller, a junior, is studying in the Carlson School of Management. She was recognized for her efforts during the fall 2021 semester.

To qualify for the list, students must finish at least 12 credits and earn a GPA of 3.66 or higher.
