Reedsburg Public Library’s Monday Movie Matinee and the community Reading is Family Fun Night lead the library’s schedule of events for next week. The Monday Movie Matinee for adults will be held on Feb. 28, at 1 p.m., and will feature one of Sydney Poitier’s most famous films.
According to a recent article on the Wisconsin Public Radio website, Wisconsin residents borrowed 7.2 million ebooks and audiobooks last year from public libraries, “an impressive feat for a state with just under six million people.” Reedsburg Public Library’s annual report supports the statewide statistic.

In Reedsburg, masks can be found at the Reedsburg Public Library, Sacred Heart Church and School, Church of God, United Methodist Church, St. John’s Lutheran Church and Reedsburg Food Pantry.
Sauk County Public Health has scheduled a series of question-and-answer sessions about the COVID-19 vaccine.
The closest one to Reedsburg will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. March 8 at the Public Library. Other gatherings are planned in Wisconsin Dells, Sauk City, North Freedom and Spring Green through April.
