Richard Arthur Bruce, age 86, formerly of Reedsburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the Stoney River Memory care in Marshfield. He was born on September 29, 1936 in Hillsboro, WI, to the late Robert and Ella (Baldwin) Bruce. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. On June 10, 1960 he was united in marriage to Avice Jones.

David’s life was a simple one. He enjoyed doing arts and crafts (especially making bracelets and necklaces), traveling and eating McDonalds french fries and shakes.

Charles “Chuck” was born October 16, 1931, to Archie and Olive Carpenter in Beloit, Illinois. The family later moved to Mauston Wisconsin where Chuck graduated from High School in 1949.
John McNamara, age 67, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on July 1, 2023, at Reedsburg Area Medical Center. John was born December 16, 1955, to John F. Lucille (Speich) McNamara in Marinette, WI. John graduated from Columbus High School. John was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Pamela.
Russell I. Karstetter, age 60, of Ironton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 29. 2023. He was born on May 7, 1963, in Reedsburg, WI, the son of Dale C. and Josephine M. (Small) Karstetter. On September 7, 1996, Russell was united in marriage to Sherry M. Horkan. This marriage was blessed with two daughters.
Joyce A. Foss, age 87, of Reedsburg, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born on July 16, 1935, in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin, the daughter of Obee and Jessie (Simpson) Retzlaff.
Dorothy Deloris Haugh-Smith (Doty), age 80, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Monroe Health Services. She was born on January 27, 1943 in Hannibal, MO, to William and Pearl (Pennewell) Fincke. In May of 1960 she graduated from Pine Bluff High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
