Beavers track and field athletes prep for 2025 season this week

By the time you read this story, the track and field season will be underway at RAHS with official pre-season workouts getting underway on Monday this week. It was a record-setting season for the boys last season with several school individual and relay records being broken and the team won its first conference title since 2009.

Reedsburg’s Meister earns All-Conference 1st team honors in girls basketball

The Badger Conference Small Division has an 11-player All-Conference first-team in girls basketball for this just completed season and one of the 11 is RAHS senior Addison Meister.

Weston boys ends hoops season with WIAA Tournament loss at North Crawford

Weston’s boys basketball season came to a close last week in the opening round of the WIAA Tournament series in D-5 with an 80-54 loss at state-ranked North Crawford, the Ridge and Valley Conference champions. Weston ends the season at 5-17 overall with three of the 17 losses coming against the Trojans.

De Forest ends season for Beaver boys basketball squad

Unlike last season, Reedsburg was unable to win a post-season game in WIAA Tournament Boys Basketball as the Beavers dropped a D-2 Regional opener last Tuesday at RAHS, an 84-66 decision to the De Forest Norskies as nine-seed De Forest got the best of eight-seed Reedsburg.

Beaver boys basketball award winners announced

Reedsburg Beaver boys basketball 2024-2025 season came to an official close over the weekend with the team’s awards banquet.

Coach Ty Horkan’s squad posted a 9-16 overall record in a season that featured several player absences due to injuries and illness, leading to short-handed lineups for many games throughout the year.
