Joyce A. Foss, age 87, of Reedsburg, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born on July 16, 1935, in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin, the daughter of Obee and Jessie (Simpson) Retzlaff.
Dorothy Deloris Haugh-Smith (Doty), age 80, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Monroe Health Services. She was born on January 27, 1943 in Hannibal, MO, to William and Pearl (Pennewell) Fincke. In May of 1960 she graduated from Pine Bluff High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Barbara L. Frost, age 95, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023, surrounded by family. She was born on April 26, 1928, in Grand Rapids, MI, the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Hensen) McIntyre. Barb grew up and went to school in Middleville, MI. On September 22, 1946, Barbara was united in marriage to William L. Frost.
LaVern Herman August Peper, age 93, of Loganville passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Greenway Manor in Spring Green. He was born at home in rural Loganville on February 25, 1930, to August and Anna [Hasz] Peper. It was very rainy. It’s said that he arrived by washing down the hill.

Mazomanie--Phoebe Jane Walter of Mazomanie died peacefully on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the age of 101. She was born in Tulare, South Dakota on May 12, 1922, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Marguerite (Hamilton) Hodgson.
