As your December calendar begins to fill, don’t forget the Reedsburg Public Library as a source of free entertainment, and perhaps a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of the commercial world!

A nonprofit known for its red kettles is in desperate need of some extra help this holiday season.

The Fay-Robinson Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution has given out its 2021 Community Service Awards.

Reedsburg Common Council had some work to finish up before the holidays arrive later this month.

On Monday night, Council approved a handful of requests.

“Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow All Under One Roof” is Reedsburg Public Library’s slogan, and this December you are invited to contribute to “tomorrow” with your donation to the Friends of the Reedsburg Public Library Holiday Fund Drive.

The Reedsburg VFW’s breakfast buffet with have a Christmas twist this weekend.

Santa will be present to visit with children. He will also hand out special gifts.

Applications are being accepted for Sauk County’s Arts, Humanities and Historic Preservation Grant and Goo Idea Grant.

The Jolly Old Elf will make an appearance in Reedsburg this week.

Santa Claus will be at the Reedsburg Fire Department from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 10.

The department will give Santa a tour of Main Street at the start of Living Windows, and then kids can visit him at the station, where there will be fun activities and tours.

Vandals continue to strike the Fran Fish Kelly Gazebo in Webb Park.
