This month, Wisconsin State Patrol reminds drivers to follow the rules of the road when making turns – especially in intersections.

“Safely navigating an intersection is one of the most complex activities that motorists perform,” said Cap. Jason Zeeh of the State Patrol’s Southwest Region-DeForest Post.

More than $8 million was just laying in wait to be claimed, and it’s now in the pockets of Wisconsin citizens.

The Department of Revenue announced that it reunited residents with $8.2 million in unclaimed property.

The deadline to apply is June 1.

The Spring Election is April 6 and there’s still time to get an ID if you plan to vote.

The Wisconsin DMV provides free IDs for voting purposes.

Wisconsin residents can now title and register vehicles that have out-of-state titles online.

Transfer applications for titles can be done through the Wisconsin DMV’s website, which offers other services such as applying for driver’s license renewals and requesting copies of licenses, registrations or titles.

Community organizations and local governments are invited to apply for 2021 AARP Community Challenge Grants.

Since the program began five years ago, funds have supported projects that spark change. Since 2017, AARP has awarded 560 grants across the country.

The deadline to apply is April 14.
