South Central announces top cows through August

South Central DHI has released its list of best-performing animals through August.

The top Holstein by cheese yield was O-2365 of Bells Udder Farm in Camp Douglas. She produced 38,870 pounds of milk that tested at four percent and 4183 cheese yield.
