The Wisconsin Heights social media presence is booming, according to a social media review presented at the Nov. 25 meeting.

Sauk Prairie High School administrators are looking to change the way students are academically assessed. Sauk Prairie High School Principal Chad Harnisch proposed the laude system for assessing students at the Nov. 11 school board meeting.

Students from Sauk Prairie High School were inducted into membership of the Jacob Barth Chapter of the National Honor Society at an evening candle lighting ceremony at 6:00 p.m. in the River Arts Center on Monday, October 21st.

Bray Architects updated the Wisconsin Heights School Board on a potential single campus layout at the Nov. 11 meeting. The District is very early in the stages of examining potential solutions.

The Wisconsin Heights School District approved the 2019-20 budget at the annual meeting on Oct. 28. Taxpayers will see the District portion of their tax bill drop from $11.16 per $100,000 of equalized value to $10.84, a 2.8 percent drop.

Amy Brehm, principal at Merrimac Charter School started off the Sauk Prairie school board meeting by sharing highlights from the school. “Just to remind everyone we are a project based, multi-age, agriculture school so you will see those themes in action,” said Brehm.
