The Village Board of Prairie du Sac meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall.
The Village Board of Sauk City meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Village Hall. If there are five Tuesdays in month, it meets the fifth week.

Lions Club will make beds for kids in need

The local Lions Club will hold its annual Sleep in Heavenly Peace bed-building campaign in May.

Volunteers will make beds from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lions Building in Nishan Park, 1403 Viking Drive.

Beds will go to children who are in need.

Volunteers don’t need any special skills to help, and all tools will be provided.

Master Gardeners hold free presentation on dealing with pests

The Sauk County Master Gardeners group will hold a free program about controlling pests at 6 p.m. May 7 at the Carnegie-Schadde Memorial Public Library, 230 Fourth Ave., Baraboo.
