Leon M. Sturdevant, age 89, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully after a long hard-fought battle with dementia and cancer, on Wednesday May 15, 2024, at the Sauk County Health Care Center with his daughter, Sarah by his side.

Donald Eugene Moe, 95, passed away on May 19, 2024. He was born on February 2, 1929 in Monroe, WI to James and Martha (Hoefer) Moe. 

Patrick J. Wafle, age 77, of rural Mauston, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Our House Memory Care in Reedsburg with family by his side. Pat was born on August 2, 1946 in the township of Seven Mile Creek in Juneau County, to George and Marcella (Fessey) Wafle. He graduated from Mauston High School in 1964.

Lorena Martha Groener, age 92, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away May 22, 2024 at Casa De Oakes in Reedsburg. She was born May 3, 1932 in Loganville, WI to Arnold and Martha (Prochnow) Hasz. She was baptized, confirmed, and also united in marriage to Merle Groener on August 4, 1951 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Loganville.

Jennifer Sarah Benson-Meister, aged 52, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024, in Madison, WI, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer. Surrounded by loving family, Jennifer’s final moments were a testament to the strength, love, and spirit so characteristic of her life.

Angelica Jo Dix, age 9, of Reedsburg, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024. She was born on June 29, 2014 in Reedsburg, the daughter of Alex Dix and Ashley Rupp. She was baptized on August 24, 2014 at Faith Lutheran Church in Reedsburg, witnessed by godparents, aunts Melissa Dix and Amanda Dix.

Gloria Lorraine Kinast, nee Waller, nee Bloede, age 95, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away peacefully May 11, 2024 in Madison, WI. She was born May 9, 1929 in Chicago, IL to Eleanor and Willard Waller.

Marcella Eunice Harms, age 91, went to her Heavenly Home peacefully on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Reedsburg Area Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Marcella was born on January 27, 1933, to the late Lucas and Marie Muchow.

Florian F. Borkowski, age 79, of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center. He was born on May 23, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the son of Alexander F. and Lottie H. (Stachowiak) Borkowski. He was married to the former Nadine M. Dubec in 1964. She preceded him in death on January 6, 2020.

Jean Elizabeth Kinsman (nee Pronold) was born on August 8, 1931 and passed away on April 27, 2024.
