Pathway Home of South Central Wisconsin received a donation from the Concordia Memorial Fund on Aug. 5.
The agency provides shelter and comprehensive case management services to people experiencing homelessness in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and the surrounding area. Pathway Home has helped more than 200 individuals find stable housing. Through its outreach programs, the agency has also helped countless others access the resources and support they need.
Concordia United Methodist Church in Prairie du Sac is pleased to assist the organization in its ministry.
