On Sunday night, I played a video game that included preparing hot pot, which involves cooking different meats, seafood, vegetables, and starches in broth. It’s a group experience, where all the diners sit around the pot and add (and cook) their favorite ingredients. They can remove individual pieces or ladle a bunch up like soup.
