St. Croix County Judge Michael Waterman ruled Monday to uphold the state executive order requiring citizens to wear face coverings in public places after the case was brought by plaintiffs Derek Lindoo, John Kraft and Brandon Widiker. He also denied a request for an injunction from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty.
