A new era begins for Reedsburg Beaver girls soccer in 2026 as Jeremy Grundahl, a teacher at Pineview Elementary in Reedsburg, takes over as the new head coach after Erica Gronley stepped down from the role after holding the job for the past several seasons.
The first season of the Ithaca/Weston girls basketball co-op at the varsity level is in the books and the program’s team award winners were announced last month.
2025 was a magical season for Reedsburg Beaver baseball, and Coach Chris Hahn and those associated with the program are hopeful this season can provide magic once again.
If Mother Nature cooperates, Reedsburg Beaver softball will have three games in the books by this weekend as the 2026 campaign is set to get underway. Reedsburg was 15-12 overall last season with the win total the highest in 30-plus years for a Beaver softball team.
The girls hockey team, the Lake City Whitecaps from the Sauk Prairie Rink, has girls from Reedsburg, River Valley, Sauk Prairie and Lodi. RAHS sophomore Lorelei Williams earned her first All-Conference girls basketball nod as the Badger Small all-league team was announced earlier this month. Williams averaged over 16 points per game and topped 30 points a couple of times during the season and her efforts landed her on the 10-person All-Conference team.
Some strong performances highlighted the first track and field meet of the season for the River Valley Blackhawks, an indoor meet at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Friday.
