Ag in the Classroom announces essay contest winners

This spring, fourth and fifth graders from Weston, St. Peter's, Sacred Heart and Prairie Ridge participated in the annual Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) Essay Contest. More than 250 students wrote essays on the topic, You're Gonna Need Milk for That - Wisconsin Dairy Fuels our Bodies, Communities, and Economy. Winning essays at the Sauk County level were selected, and those two essays went on to the District Level. They did not advance to the state judging level.
