La Crosse man arrested on 3rd OWI charge

A La Crosse man was taken into custody on suspicion of operating while intoxicated-third offense on Oct. 30.

At about 11:14 p.m., a member of the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle on Highway 33 near the intersection of Coon Bluff Road in the town of Excelsior. The operator was identified as Ricky Collinsworth II, 30. During the stop, the deputy noted signs of impairment, according to the Sheriff’s Office report. Collinsworth was submitted to a field sobriety test, which resulted in his arrest.
