I returned from Puerta Vallarta, Mexico where violence broke out on the morning of Sunday, February 22nd. The Mexican government had attacked the Jalisco New Generation Cartel and the death of its leader, “El Mencho,” led to attacks by cartel members throughout the state of Jalisco.
