Albert “Al” C. Boerste Albert “Al” C. Boerste, age 85, of Spring Green, passed away on January 21, 2021, at the UW Hospital in Madison. He was born on January 9, 1936, in Berwyn, Illinois, to Albert and Albe (Sindelar) Boerste. Al was the beloved husband and best friend of the late MaryAnn (Kluge) Boerste; loving father of Coni (Mark) Dempsey, Colleen (Fred) Heg, and Kelly (Brian) Svoma; grandfather to Sherry Popsisil, Lauren Nelson, Nichole (Alex) Clement, Mallory Dempsey. Alexandria (Colby) McCurry; and great-grandfather to Carly Rose Belding. His memory is survived by his family and many friends. Al’s love for cars enabled him to do the work he loved as an automobile upholsterer.  He did it up until The Lord took him Home. He had a long-standing relationship with God and was very blessed with his faith. He enjoyed attending services with his church family at the Spring Green Community Church and was very thankful of the relationships he made there. Albert will be dearly missed, as he touched the lives of a great number of people during his time on this earth. We will hold him in our hearts until we can hold him in heaven. A memorial service will be Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green. Visitation will be held Saturday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service. Masks and social distancing is requested.
