Laura A. Loomis Laura A. Loomis, age 64, of Spring Green, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021, in Richland Center after a battle with a long illness. Laura was the second born twin to Marie (Kessenich) and Robert Schulenberg. Laura was raised in Cross Plains and attended Middleton High School. She worked at Springs Window Fashion in Middleton for over 40 years. She enjoyed camping, canoeing, and playing cards. Laura was a kind person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her cats. Laura is survived by her daughter, Amy (Tom) Lindert; husband, Mark Loomis; twin sister, Linda (Scott) Hiekel; brothers, Robert and Tom Schulenberg; nieces; a nephew; grand-nephews; and in-laws. She is preceded in death by her son, Raymond; parents; sisters, Delynn and Lisa; brother, John; nephews, Timothy, Joshua and Jamie; and first husband, Timothy. A special thanks to all of the health care workers who helped throughout the years. Thank you to Agrace HospiceCare and Schmitt Woodland Hills nursing home for your help in making her comfortable in her final days. A family graveside burial will be held at St. Frances Xavier Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Laura’s name to the family, which will be donated to Mew Haven.
