Lily A. (Crary) Lammers

Lily A. (Crary) Lammers, age 86 of Baraboo and formerly of Spring Green, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at the St. Claire Hospital in Baraboo.  She was born on October 20, 1933 in Waukegan, IL the daughter of Ernest and Hilda (Dreschel) Campbell.  Lily was married to Virgil Crary and after his death she was married to Richard Lammers.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, receiving many hugs.  Lily enjoyed gardening, her flower garden, traveling, embroidering, crocheting and going to casino’s.  Survivors include her 6 children; Connie (Jack) Young, Melody Pauls, Bruce (Rita) Crary, David (Leana) Crary, Kim (Nancy) Crary, Virgil (Deb) Crary; 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a sister, Bernice King; a sister-in-law, Bernie Campbell; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Hilda Campbell; her 1st husband, Virgil Crary; 2nd husband, Richard Lammers; a brother, Edward “Bud” Campbell; and a sister, Betty Paul.  A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Grandma Mary’s Restaurant in the Brisbane Hall, Arena, WI. beginning at 11:30 A.M.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to be disbursed to the Alzheimer Association or the Brown Church Cemetery.
