David Charles Holl

In Loving Memory of David Charles Holl (September 20, 1962- March 10, 2021) David, 58, passed peacefully hand in hand with his wife and mother on March 10, 2021 in Hindsdale, IL after a tragic struggle due to post-surgical complications.  David was born on September 20th 1962 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Charles and Darlene Holl and raised in Sauk City, Wisconsin. He graduated from University of Wisconsin, Madison and had a successful career in Information Technology. David was happily married to Paula (Roth) Holl who was his wife and best friend for almost 22 years at the time of his death. David is survived by his wife Paula Jean (Roth) Holl, his mother, Darlene Annette (Nelson) Holl, his children Christopher (Ashley), Brian (Martha) and Jennifer Kim. Loving “Papa” to Jaimie, Ethan, Christopher, Aiden, Connor, Charlie, Evelyn, and Calvin. Big Brother to Daniel (Connie) Holl and Uncle to Jared and Brendan. Preceded by his father Charles “Chuck” Walter Holl. Dave’s love for his family and friends will always be cherished. He will be remembered for his compassion for all he came into contact with. Dave had a passion for nature, traveling, music, computer science, Sci-Fi classics like Star Wars and Star Trek, and coin collecting. David will be fondly remembered for his comforting embrace and devout Christian faith. He will remain in our hearts as a gentle soul and the foundation of our family.
