Paul Roger Snyder

Paul Roger Snyder of Mankato, MN was born on April 23, 1942 and walked into the arms of Jesus to spend everlasting life in heaven on December 5, 2023. Paul was a dedicated servant of his Lord and touched hundreds of lives by witnessing the Gospel of Christ. Paul is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Rosemary & 6 children: Beth (Randy) Roemhildt, Elysian, MN; Mark (Dona), Jefferson, WI; Susan (Neal) Tessmann, Prescott, AZ; James, Mankato, MN; Rebekah (Mark) Gregor, Minnesota Lake, MN; and Sara, Phoenix, AZ. Paul is further survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, brothers David (Karen) Allen, James (Deb) Allen, & Larry Allen, In-laws Duane (Butch) Gieck, Russell Vertein and Robert (Linda) Belter; many other family and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Snyder; Blanche (Callaway) Snyder Allen; and stepfather Harvey Allen, as well as sister Mary (Allen) Gieck and sister-in-law Janet (Belter) Vertein. A memorial visitation and service will be held December 14th at St. John’s Lutheran Church, St. Clair, MN. Visitation 5:00 - 6:30 pm, service at 6:30. A visitation and funeral service will be held December 30th at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North Freedom, WI. Visitation at 9:30 am, service at 10:30 am and a light luncheon to follow. Interment of ashes with military recognition will be at Salem Ridge Cemetery, La Farge, WI.
