Farmers and ranchers have until Aug. 1 to nominate candidates for the Sauk County Farm Service Agency Committee.

The USDA accepts nominations for people to serve on these locally led committees.

It’s already Fair season for Sauk County.

The annual event starts Monday, July 10, and continues through Sunday, July 16, at the Sauk County Fairgrounds in Baraboo. It’s free to walk through the gate but fees apply for parking within the grounds.
