Judith “Judy” Corene Malone, aged 79 of Sun Prairie, passed away August 21, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born July 17, 1944, the daughter of the late Harold “Pop” and Alice (Schubring) Malone.
Kyle Douglas Green, age 28 of Bonduel, WI, formerly of Reedsburg, passed away on August 13, 2023 as a result of a motorcycle accident. Kyle was born on June 2, 1995 in Reedsburg, WI, the son of William and Tamara (Rockweiler) Green.
Jon C. Hammond, age 60, of Reedsburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 30, 1962 in Madison, WI, the son of Harry and Mildred (Olson) Hammond. Jon was united in marriage to Christina Harder. He retired from Reedsburg Utilities, and then started working at Fuchs Trucking.
Jerry R. Durst, age 104, of Keyesville, WI, passed away peacefully Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Richland Hospital. He was born on February 14, 1919, the son of Adam and Lauretta (Dederick) Durst. Jerry graduated from Ithaca High School in 1936. He married Florence Agnes Wankerl on Thanksgiving Day November 20, 1941, at St.
CROSS PLAINS – Vincent Frank Wendt, age 75, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born on June 28, 1948, in Baraboo, Wis. He made his home in Black Earth, Mazomanie, and Cross Plains, Wis. He was married to Phyllis (Bollenbach) Wendt for 52 years.
Shirley (Mahr) Burmester, 96 of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully, Friday, August 11, 2023 (one day short of her 97th birthday) at the Sauk County Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 12, 1926 in Hillsboro, daughter of William and Helen (Vodak) Mahr.
