He was born at Stoughton, Wisconsin on July 23, 1956, son of Lyle and Noreen (Anderson) Tvedt. He grew up in Black Earth, Wisconsin and graduated from Wisconsin Heights High School in 1974.

Terry Lee Hooker, age 56, of LaValle, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 4, 2024, following a motor vehicle accident. He was born on April 20, 1967, in Reedsburg, WI, the son of LeRoy and Judie (Smith) Hooker. His father, LeRoy preceded him in death on December 4, 1982.
