Garry Michael Gavin, of Reedsburg, died on May 13, 2021. He was born on April 16, 1949, in Mauston, Juneau County, Wis., to parents Timothy Fredrick "Fred" Gavin and Charlote E. (Judd) Gavin. He had four siblings, Doris, Kathleen, Donald, and Margaurite, all of whom preceded him in death.

Thomas P. Hanson, age 81, of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Reedsburg, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Hope Hospice Hospital in Cape Coral. He was born on August 3, 1939 in Reedsburg, the son of George and Barbara (Wolf) Hanson. He was a graduate of Reedsburg High School – Class of 1957.

LaVerne A. Koenig, age 94, of Reedsburg, died peacefully on Friday, May 14, 2021at the Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center with his family by his side. He was born on September 7, 1926 in Lime Ridge, the son of William and Anna (Schultz) Koenig. LaVerne was a graduate of Lime Ridge High School.

Dorothy Lucille Cassity, age 97, a long-time Janesville resident died Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Rock Haven Nursing Home. She was born on January 6, 1924 in Hartford, WI, the daughter of Clarence and Zella (Astle) Metcalf. She grew up in Reedsburg, WI where she graduated from Reedsburg High School.
