Sharon Jean Seamans

Sharon Jean Seamans
Sharon Jean Seamans (née Doering), age 72, of Baraboo, WI, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025, in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.
Sharon was born on June 28, 1953, in Reedsburg, WI, to Alvin Raymond Doering and Mary Eleanor (Crahen). Sharon was raised in La Valle, WI, but spent the majority of her life in Reedsburg where she built a loving home with her husband of 50 years, Robert Craig Seamans.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Sharon’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert; her daughters, Melissa (Mark) Ryan and Megan (Brian) Wopat; her cherished grandchildren, Kelsey Ryan, Ashlyn Ryan, Selena Wopat, and Nicolas Wopat; her sister, Deborah (William) Douglas; and her brother, Thomas (Diana) Doering, as well as nieces and nephew, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mary Doering, her brother, David Alvin Doering, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, William and Constance Elder.
Before her retirement, Sharon worked for many years at Lands’ End and, prior to that, at Gerber, where she formed many lasting friendships. Outside of work, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures - especially spending time with family and friends. For 20 years she and Bob were on a bowling league, and she once bowled an impressive 298. She loved playing cards, visiting casinos, and, most of all, creating memories with those she loved.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Club 33 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the life of a woman who brought warmth, laughter, and love to so many.
Sharon will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her generous heart, strong spirit, and the love she gave so freely.
