  Peggy Jean Finley Peggy Jean Finley, age 89, of Spring Green, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, at the Meadows, with her beloved daughter, Debbie, by her side. Peggy was born near Guion, Arkansas, in 1934 to Earl and Ida (Moser) Collie, where she was the youngest of eight children. She grew up in Cotter, Arkansas, where she married Billy Finley. They shared a loving life of 64 years together. Peggy loved children, babysitting, and working in a neighborhood preschool. She and Bill shared many adventures together with her three grandchildren. Peggy was especially thrilled to have spent time with her great-granddaughter, Billie, over the past year and a half. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie (Thomas) Kelly of Spring Green; granddaughter Meghan Kelly (Rob Baer) of Kodiak, Alaska; grandsons Patrick Kelly (Jillian Slaight) of Monona and Kevin Kelly of Anchorage, Alaska; and great granddaughter, Billie Slaight. Peggy loved sitting on her screened porch in all seasons, watching and talking to the birds that flocked to her yard. She was fortunate to have wonderful friendships with neighbors and caregivers who brought love and joy to her life. One neighbor described her as a “very gentle, refined, southern lady.”  Family graveside services will be held at a later date in Arkansas.
