RAHS seniors will receive their diplomas this week.

Graduation is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. May 28. The public will not be admitted this year, and each senior will only be allowed so many spectators. Face coverings will be required.

On Tuesday night, the Reedsburg School District Board of Education agreed to move the ceremony indoors from Millennium Field to the gym due to weather conditions. It's been rainy and humid lately, and temperatures are supposed to drop to near freezing starting Friday night. Having so many chairs and shoes on the field could damage the ground as well as make walking difficult for graduates, so officials decided it was prudent to move festivities to the usual gym.

Graduates will still be limited to bringing only four spectators, and tickets for those spectators will be given to students during rehearsal Friday morning.
