John (Jack) C. Penn John (Jack) C. Penn, age 81 of Spring Green and Naples, Florida, passed away suddenly of heart failure on January 19, 2021, in Naples. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, six children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Jack’s business career spanned six decades, mostly in Minnesota, where early in his career he served for 10 years as president of Arctic Cat snowmobiles. He was considered a mentor by many in his various management roles. He served on many boards over the years. After the death of his first wife, he married the former Nancy Coogan in 2008. Although they never dated, they were high school classmates and reconnected at their 50th high school reunion in Des Moines, Iowa. At first they were spending their time between the Twin Cities area and the Spring Green area where Nancy had a getaway in Wyoming Valley since 1972. Jack fell in love with Spring Green and in 2012 they decided to make Spring Green their official residence and bought a home in the village. They are members of Christ Lutheran Church.
