Jennifer A. Wallace

HOLLANDALE/MOUNT HOREB - Jennifer A. Wallace, age 53, of Hollandale, went into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, at her home, after a hard-fought battle with ALS. She was born on Aug. 14, 1967, in Indianapolis, Ind., the daughter of Stanley and Patricia (Horrall) Wallace. Jennifer attended UW-Oshkosh and worked as a Nursing Assistant for Meriter and Sauk hospitals for many years. She married Steve Lanenberg in the north meadow of their farm in Hollandale on July 3, 2003. Jennifer was known to have an angelic singing voice. Her faith and her Bible study group were important to her. She was an excellent cook and baker and loved caring for her many farm animals.  Jennifer is survived by her husband, Steve Lanenberg; her mother, Patricia (Richard Handel) Wallace; her sister, Michelle (Timothy Frank) Wallace-Frank; her loving niece, Megan Frank; and her brother-in-law, Bruce (Betsy) Berthiaume. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley E. Wallace.  A private memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, with Pastor Matt Young presiding.
