Fred Charles Williams

Fred Charles Williams, 81, of Rice Lake, formerly of Waukesha and rural Black Earth, died of a heart attack on Oct. 14, 2020 in Rice Lake. He was born in Black Earth on July 21, 1939 to Harvey  J. and Elizabeth (Rush) Williams, and was a 1958 Mazomanie High School graduate. Fred worked at International Harvester (Navistar) in Waukesha for 30 years prior to his move to Hayward and then Rice Lake. His wife was Donna (Thome) Williams whom he married on July 30, 1960 in Waukesha. He is survived by a younger sister Betty Ripp of Black Earth, and was preceded in death by his parents, a step-father Walter D. Muetzenberg of Barneveld; three brothers and an older sister. A cremation burial was at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery in Oconto, Wis.
