Obituary: Doris Elane Pahl

Doris Elane Pahl, age 86, of Cazenovia passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the Richland Hospital. She was born on July 31, 1934, the daughter of Arthur & Helen (Nelson) Callaway. On February 12, 1955, she married Edward Junior Pahl. Doris retired from Nestle (Hankscraft); she enjoyed working in the paint room. She also worked at the Reedsburg Woolen Mill, and Badger Army Ammunition Plant. She enjoyed crocheting and occasionally going to Ho Chunk.

Doris loved the time she spent with family playing cards and watching Packer games.

Survivors include two daughters: Cheryl (Fred) Ellsworth of Madison, WI, Vicki (Chester) Miller of North Freedom, WI; one son, David Pahl of Cazenovia, WI; three grandchildren, Benjamin Miller of North Freedom, WI, Erin (Robert III) Farrington of Shoreline, Washington, Charles Miller of Reedsburg, WI; great grandson, Robert Farrington IV; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 2 sons, Kenneth Pahl, Daniel Pahl; a sister, Geraldine Williams; 4 brothers, Dick Hardy, Leonard Callaway, Bert Callaway, and David Fargo.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 11:30 AM at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center, WI. Burial will be held in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery (Willow Township) with Pastor Craig Peach officiating. Friends may call on Thursday at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Memorials can be made to the Cazenovia Rescue Squad. Social distancing and mask will be observed.
