Letter: Thank you to those who supported Lazy Beaver Race

The Reedsburg Kiwanis wants to thank all of the paddlers who took part in Saturday’s Lazy Beaver Canoe and Kayak Race on the Baraboo River. The weather was great and the race drew contestants from around Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

The 20th anniversary of 9/11 has come and gone, but we will continue to be reminded to "never forget."  Like the overworked terms “bipartisan,” “our democracy,” “inclusivity,” “equity,” etc., this admonition is annoying because we have indeed forgotten.
