Primaries will be necessary for two seats on the Sauk County Board of Supervisors this spring.
Sauk Prairie Healthcare has been named to the list of Forbes Top Hospitals for 2026. This is the first time Forbes has published such a list.
Sauk Prairie Healthcare achieved an overall rating of five stars. Only 18 hospitals in Wisconsin, and 75 small hospitals nationwide, received the five-star rating.
A new business will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Reedsburg on Feb. 3.
EmMae Wellness Shop, 25 Viking Drive, will have the ceremony and grand opening starting at 4 p.m.

The celebration will take place at 5 p.m. Feb. 11 at the new clinic on the Reedsburg Area Medical Center campus. It is open in the former Physicians Group building, 1950 N. Dewey Ave.
