Sauk Prairie Healthcare has earned Level III trauma care classification through the State of Wisconsin’s Trauma Program. Sauk Prairie Healthcare is one of only 23 health systems with that designation in the state of Wisconsin, according to the Wisconsin Trauma Care System interactive trauma map. 

Help is needed to present this year’s Sauk County Dairy Breakfast.

The event will be held June 13 at Windi Ridge Farm – The Luxton Family at S5424 Highway G, Hillpoint.

A Business and Community Expo will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 19 at Justagame, 1501 Viking Drive, Reedsburg.

The event will give local businesses and groups, including service organizations, the opportunity to share information about their enterprises and endeavors. Businesses may also use this as a job fair, if they wish.

The Sauk County Humane Society has unveiled its featured pets, with comments from shelter staff. They are as follows.

A pie sale, an author presentation, a quilt show and a variety of youth programs are on the agenda for this coming week!

Sauk and Columbia counties will team up to provide the Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop.

This six-week program will being April 7 and be held at the West Square Building, Room 234, in Baraboo. Classes will be held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays. The final gathering will be May 12.

The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County will hold a free presentation, “I’m Medicare Eligible/Turning 65: Now What?” on Tuesday, March 17, at 4:30 p.m. in Room B30 at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway in Baraboo.
