So what is going on at the old Badger Army Ammunition Plant? The portion of the land there that is owned by the Wisconsin DNR is now called the Sauk Prairie State Recreation Area. The other main land owners are the Ho-Chunk Nation and the USDA Dairy Forage Research Center.
