Prairie Du Sac resident and U.S. Army veteran Jay Dominguez has never had a new roof before.
As he watched the workers from Storm Guard, a Madison roofing company, begin to take apart his roof to place a new one valued at $25,000, he thanked his wife for putting things into motion.
