Sauk Prairie Hospital has once again received five-star ratings by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for both Overall Quality and Patient Experience. Sauk Prairie Hospital is one of only seven hospitals in Wisconsin to receive a double five-star rating.
