Downtown Reedsburg comes to life for Christmas celebration

Living Windows is back this year after being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19.

The spectacle, organized by Distinctly Downtown Reedsburg, is always free and includes Christmas carols, complimentary refreshments, horse-drawn wagon rides and fire barrels for keeping warm.

Numerous downtown businesses will decorate their windows and have costumed employees and volunteers acting out scenes in the spirit of Christmas. This year’s theme is Christmas in Dreamland.

Activities take place outside, so be sure to dress for the weather.

Living Windows will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, in downtown Reedsburg.

The route is traditionally illuminated so guests know where to go.
