OWI suspect arrested with children in vehicle

A Reedsburg woman was taken into custody May 25 after she was found passed out with children in the vehicle.
According to the Reedsburg Police Department, officers were called to Webb Park at 5:50 p.m. for a report of an unconscious woman and children in a running vehicle. Officers identified the woman as Megan M. Lemoine, 37. The children were released to a responsible adult, and no injuries were reported.
Lemoine was arrested for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense, with passengers under 16 years of age; possession of open intoxicants, obstructing an officer; and tampering with an ignition interlock device. She was also taken in on a probation hold, according to the Reedsburg Police Department.
