Weston hosts blood drive

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin will collect blood donations from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 4 at the Weston High School gym.

The center supplies blood to Reedsburg Area Medical Center and the Richland hospital.

The blood drive is open to the public, including students who are 16 or older who have permission from a parent or guardian. Students who wish to participate may collect permission slips from the front office.

Be sure to eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating. Weston schools do require face coverings.

All donors will receive a gift to thank them for their generosity.
