Health care providers seek feedback

Residents have the chance to share their thoughts on health care in a community survey.

The survey is being conducted by Sauk County Public Health, Reedsburg Area Medical Center, Sauk Prairie Healthcare and SSM Health-St. Clare Hospital. Participants can share what they think is going well and what needs improvement. It takes five to 10 minutes and can be done online or on paper. Questions cover a variety of topics such as social isolation, affordable housing, transportation, discrimination and access to healthy food and health care services.

The survey is part of a community health assessment, which takes place every three years. Results of this year’s assessment will help shape priorities and improvement plans through 2024.

People who live or work in Sauk County may participate. In addition, they can join listening sessions to provide more in-depth feedback.
