Farmer Angel Network holds program on sleep habits

The Farmer Angel Network will hold a virtual presentation for farmers on the importance of sleep.

The program will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. March 10.

The event will cover why sleep matters, the challenges to getting enough of it and how it can affect health and job performance. Tips will be provided during this program, which will be led by Marnie Harrington, cardiac rehab specialist, health coach and smoking cessation facilitator with Sauk Prairie Healthcare.
