Reedsburg man arrested on 3rd OWI charge

A Reedsburg man was taken into custody Feb. 11 on suspicion of operating while intoxicated-third offense.

Craig W. Henke, 50, was arrested in the 600 block of Clark Street just after 4:10 p.m., according to the Reedsburg Police Department. Officers responded to a call of a vehicle hitting two mailboxes and then leaving without stopping. The officers then located the vehicle, where the driver was identified as Henke. He was also cited for hit and run of property adjacent to a highway, failure to notify police of an accident and failure to keep a vehicle under control.
