RAMC to set up Tree of Lights

Reedsburg Area Medical Center’s Tree of Lights is coming back this Christmas.

The tree is a way for people to remember loved ones while supporting education.

Participants purchase a light on the tree, and the money goes toward a scholarship.

The tree will stand in the lobby during the holiday season and will be decorated with ornaments and lights honoring those who have passed away.

Lights cost $5 per name. Forms can be found at www.ramchealth.com/scholarship.

Dollars will go toward the Partners of RAMC scholarship fund. Since 1974, this fund has awarded more than $5,000 in yearly scholarships to local students who are pursuing health care careers. This has allowed RAMC to recruit staff from the area.
