VFW holds Veteran's Day poppy drive

VFW Post 1916 will hold another poppy drive on Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11. Some VFW members will be at local businesses such as Viking Village Foods and Quillin’s Quality Foods. Due to the pandemic, the VFW has been limited in how many times it can do this drive. Proceeds from the drive support local veterans in need with expenses such as doctor appointments, travel and medical bills.
